What are the main fueling facilities at gas stations? 2019-02-10
Guose talks with you about the refueling facilities, including the tanker, the refueling island, the skid-mounted refueling device and the self-service gas station, which are directly engaged in refueling operations.

Tanker

(1) The setting form of the tanker is easy to form an explosive mixture in the room because of the tanker. Moreover, the display and the control of the top of the tanker produced at home and abroad are non-explosion-proof products. If the tanker is installed indoors, then It is easy to cause explosions and fire accidents. Therefore, the tanker must not be located indoors.

(2) Technical conditions that the fuel gun should meet

1) The refueling gun should use a self-sealing refueling gun to prevent the fuel tank of the car from oiling, prevent spillage, avoid waste and cause fire accidents.

2) Since the caliber of the refueling gun is generally 19mm, when the flow rate is 60L/min, the flow rate in the tube has reached 3.54m/s, which is close to the limiting flow rate, and the faster the flow rate, the more oil foam is produced in the fuel tank, often When the fuel tank is not filled up, the oil foam will overflow the fuel tank; at the same time, the larger the flow rate, the wider the range of the explosion-proof place of the fuel dispenser. Therefore, the flow rate of the self-sealing gasoline fuel gun should not exceed 50L/min.

3) In order to facilitate identification, prevent the fueling gun of the multi-oil in operation from being mistaken. When using a multi-oil refueling machine, the gun position on the refueling machine should have the text mark of each oil. The refueling gun should have Color sign.

(3) Technical requirements for fuel filler pipes

1) A submersible pump and a pump should be installed for the refueling process of multiple machines (guns). Compared with the self-priming tanker, the tank has a positive pressure oil output, low fueling noise, simple process, and is usually not limited by conditions such as low tank position and long pipeline length. Therefore, the tank should be equipped with such a refueling process.

2) When using a self-priming tanker, each tanker should be separately provided with a fuel inlet pipe and a tank bottom valve to ensure refueling conditions. This is because several tankers share a single inlet pipe from the oil tank (ie, the oil pipe of the oil tank), which will cause mutual influence and uneven flow. When a tanker stops the pump, there is still the possibility of pumping air, which affects the accuracy of the metering and even the phenomenon of current interruption.

3) The line of the tanker must be isolated from the tubing to prevent the tanker from exploding due to external force. If the tanker leaks oil, the line seal is not tight and sparks cause the tanker to catch fire or explode.

(4) Protective measures for tankers

1) A safety pull-off valve should be provided on the fuel hose. On the bottom supply line of the tanker that supplies oil with a positive pressure (submersible pump), a shear valve should be provided and the shear valve should be able to close automatically. In order to prevent the fire from spreading when the tanker is hit or caught fire.

2) Near the tanker at the end of the fueling island, an anti-collision column (column) should be set, the height of which should not be less than 0.5m, in case the accidental car crashes into the tanker and causes fire or explosion.

2. Skid-mounted fueling device

(1) Requirements for skid-mounted fueling devices Skid-mounted fueling devices are ground-based fueling devices that integrate the ground fire-proof and explosion-proof oil storage tanks, fuel dispensers and automatic fire-fighting devices into a single body.

1) For gasoline equipment of skid-mounted fueling devices, oil unloading and refueling oil and gas recovery systems should be used.

2) The protective cofferdam constructed of incombustible solid materials shall be provided around the armoured refueling device and shall not leak. The effective volume in the protective cofferdam shall not be less than 50% of the total capacity concerned.

(2) Requirements for skid-mounted fuel tanks

1) Gasoline equipment refers to fixed equipment such as gasoline tanks (including vent pipes) and gasoline tankers installed for gasoline filling of motor vehicles. To ensure the safety of fueling, the fueling device should adopt double-layer steel oil tanks.

2) Explosion-proof devices shall be installed in double-layer steel tanks. When the explosion-proof devices are equipped with barrier-proof explosion-proof devices, their selection and installation shall comply with the current industry standard "Technical Requirements for Barrier-proof and Explosive-mounted Automobile Refueling (Gas) Devices" (AQ 3002) -2005) relevant provisions.

3) Double-layer steel tanks shall be tested for leakage between the inner tank and the outer tank by means of testing instruments or other facilities, and shall be ensured when any part of the inner and outer walls of the tank is leaking.

4) The petrol tank of the skid-mounted refueling device shall be provided with a sun protection shed or other insulation measures.

3. Self-service gas station

Self-service gas stations are gas stations (areas) that have safety protection facilities and can be filled by customers themselves. It is a rapid increase in the number of car ownership and the continuous improvement of the automation level of fueling equipment. A new gas station has been launched by social gas stations. Its characteristics are convenient, fast, efficient and fashionable. However, it must comply with the relevant fire safety requirements.

(1) Labeling requirements for self-service gas stations

1) In order to guide consumers to enter the station without guidance, and to accurately park the vehicle on the fueling position for refueling operations, the self-service gas station (district) should clearly indicate the fueling vehicle guide line and should be in the refueling vehicle population. A striking “self-help” sign is placed at the refueling island (the platform where the tanker is installed).

2) The obvious location near the fueling island and the tanker should indicate the type, label and safety alert of the oil. In order to guide consumers to choose the right position for their own, and remind consumers to pay attention to fire safety.

3) On the same fueling position, two fueling functions of gasoline and diesel should not be set at the same time. In order to facilitate consumers to choose the appropriate fueling position according to the oil label, to avoid or reduce the phenomenon of adding wrong oil.

(2) Self-service tanker requirements

In order to ensure the safety of refueling, the self-service refueling machine should meet the following requirements in addition to the safety requirements of the refueling station of the gas station.

1) Electrostatic discharge device and emergency stop switch should be set.

2) Instructions for self-service refueling operations that are easy to understand and accurate in language should be indicated.

3) It is necessary to have an audio prompt system, and can automatically prompt the oil type and label after lifting the fuel gun, and provide operational guidance.

4) The refueling gun should have the function of automatically stopping the refueling operation when it is dropped.

5) Due to the low flash point and strong volatility of gasoline, self-service gas stations operating gasoline should be equipped with a refueling oil and gas recovery system to ensure the safety of self-service refueling and environmental protection.

(3) Requirements for the business room monitoring system

1) In order to ensure safety and risk management, self-service gas stations should be equipped with video surveillance systems that can cover areas such as fueling areas, unloading areas, manholes, cashier areas and convenience stores, and video equipment cannot be affected by vehicle occlusion.

2) A monitoring system should be set up in the business room to pay attention to and control the operation of each tanker through the system, to facilitate dialogue and communication with customers, to provide services and guidance; in the event of an emergency, an emergency switch can be activated to stop all fuel dispensers. Run and direct the customer to leave the danger zone immediately by station broadcast.

3) The self-service gas station's business monitoring system should have some functions, such as the function that the salesperson can confirm the usage of each self-service refueling machine through the monitoring system; the function of each self-service refueling machine can be separately controlled; It can activate the emergency cut-off switch to stop all the functions of the tanker; it can conduct a separate dialogue with the customer to guide its operation; the function of broadcasting the whole fueling site and other monitoring functions.
