The refueling and filling station shed is the key part to display the image of the gas station. Its outer dimensions and materials should meet the following requirements;
1) The shed should be in the form of a safe and reliable steel structure, preferably light steel structure; reinforced concrete structure can also be selected in the frequent occurrence of typhoon. The determination of the standard values of live load, snow load and wind load design of the shed should be considered from the aspects of safety, cost, practicality, aesthetics and so on. Due to the warming of the world, considering the frequent occurrence of disasters in individual areas in recent years, it is recommended to appropriately increase the design values of wind and snow loads according to the meteorological data provided by the local meteorological department, and leave appropriate safety margins. The design of the shed should consider the load of the surrounding light box, which is generally 15-20 kG/m.
2) The length of the canopy of the canopy can not be more than 6m from the center of the shed column. The span between the shed column and the shed column should not exceed 15m.
3) Cover shed facade in the scope of traffic, install the unified logo of Sinopec gas station.
4) The shed façade has a rectangular shape with a height of 1.05m, 1.2m or 1.35m. Large and medium-sized refueling and filling stations cover the sheds with aluminum-plastic panels for partial light transmission, and small stations and township stations use red color steel plates for the logo.
5) The gas station cover shed should be overlapped with the top of the entrance and exit of the station; the steel ladder (aluminum ladder) or the movable ladder should be set up on the roof of the station to the roof of the hood, and the fixing device for hanging the seat belt when the shed is overhauled should be provided.
6) Steel structure anti-corrosion adopts sandblasting and rust removal, brushing epoxy zinc-rich primer twice, epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint and milky white polyurethane topcoat for two times anticorrosion; dry paint film thickness should be greater than or equal to 160 microns. The reinforced concrete structure cover shed bottom brush twice ivory white paint.
7) The steel structure shed should be organized and drained. According to the short length of the shed, single slope, double slope or four slope drainage should be selected. The drainage slope of the shed should be greater than or equal to 5%; the drainage gutter material should be 1.2-2 mm stainless steel plate, and the interface should be chlorine. Dingjiao, the longitudinal slope of the gutter should be greater than or equal to 1%; the down pipe can be connected to the drainage system along the edge of the column (in the column). When the shed is lapped with the station, the down pipe can be directly connected to the roof of the station for drainage. Should be greater than or equal to DN100mm hot-dip galvanized pipe or PVC pipe; gutter and drain cross-section size, the number of downpipes should be determined according to the area of the shed and the maximum local precipitation and catchment area.

1) The shed column is made of reinforced concrete structure or steel structure. The reinforced concrete structure is preferred. If the steel structure column is used, the fire resistance limit should be greater than 0.25 hours.
2) The exterior decoration of the large and medium-sized station sheds shall be made of aluminum-plastic composite panels. The small-station and the town halls shall be covered with light gray exterior wall paint. The auxiliary roof of the station roof shall be painted with light gray exterior wall paint.
3) After the surface decoration of the shed column is completed, the cross-sectional dimensions of 600mm*600mm and 800mm*800mm should be selected. The section size of the auxiliary column of the station roof can be selected from the structure size of the station pillar.
