Background and Challenges
The local climate in Zimbabwe is hot, and the client aimed to build a modern petrol station that meets high traffic fueling demands and boosts non-oil business revenue. To meet this demand, we provided a turnkey service from design and manufacturing to installation.
Core Construction: Canopy and Pylon Sign
For this project, we custom-designed a high-specification gas station canopy. The main structure uses high-quality stainless steel and aluminum, ensuring corrosion resistance in high-temperature environments. Meanwhile, we equipped the project with eye-catching illuminated petrol station pylon signs and gas station price signs, using high-brightness LED light sources to effectively attract main road traffic.
Supporting Upgrades: Light Steel Convenience Store and Repair Shops
Beyond the core fueling area, the highlight of this project is our introduction of light steel structure buildings. These light steel convenience stores and tire and repair shops are aesthetically pleasing, with low construction and maintenance costs and a long service life. We equipped the project with a full set of gas station convenience store inside items, including customized gas station counter and cabinet, greatly improving the client's ROI.
