According to the document "Classification Standard for Engineering Design Qualification" (Construction [2001]22) issued by the Ministry of Construction, hazardous chemical industry design qualification can only be divided into A and B.

Among them, engineering design units with inter-provincial operations must hold Class A design qualification, and design units with Class B qualification shall not engage in inter-provincial operations.
